2. I need a quality logo. That means vector files in ai, or eps. If you do not have one we will charge you to convert your file to the correct form. Cost is approximately $15.
3. Tell me what color towels you desire.
4. A file with a variety of logo options will be sent to you. here is an example
5. Choose the design you like, make a tweak if needed, and then approve the logo.
6. We will generate a pdf sell sheet you can email your members. bent tree sell sheet
7. Designate an order period for your members. Take the orders and send me a list of names.
8. Add towels with no name to the order to sell in the shop. People see how nice they are, and come to the shop to buy them. Everyone sold out their blanks immediately last year.
- I MUST HAVE IT IN A SPREADSHEET, AND I ONLY WANT A LIST OF NAMES GOING ON THE TOWELS.
- All names will be in uppercase letters. It looks much better than using lower case letters.
- Please make sure they are all spelled correctly.
- You will be responsible for mistakes, and we can't run a single towel.
- If someone orders two, list the name twice.
- We will proof it, and send it back to you for a final ok before we send to production.
- Add the number of blanks, towels with no name, you want at the bottom.

9. Lead times are normally 4-6 weeks, factor in Covid 7-8 weeks, get your order in so you can have them by Memorial Day.
Some general information about towels: Minimum order is 48 towels. You can have all, or a portion of your order with individual names. These are 23lb towels. The lbs notation is the weight of 12 towels, it is an odd unit of measurement used for towels. Woven towels are considerably heavier than a standard "beach towel". 34 x 66 is considered a full size swim towel, and is the most popular size. Smaller minimums are available in a 30" wide towel. Towels cost about $2.50 each to ship. Shearing is a must. It makes the logo appear sharper and more defined, prevents pulls and snags, and overall makes a better looking towel that seems to age better. This is a dollar well spent.
River Oaks CC used a towel for the members, and then a separate one for their ROCC Swim Team.
This high quality MADE in USA towel is woven. That means the reverse of the logo is on the back of the towel. The Pleasant Valley towel above is made from green and white thread. The logo is not printed onto the towel, but is part of the towel. Names are a great touch, and both parents and kids love this feature.
